We are a private, non-profit, non-governmental agency established in 1922 to bring a voice to agricultural issues.

The Louisiana Farm Bureau is made up of volunteer leaders at the local, parish and statewide levels. Each parish has a parish Farm Bureau, with its own president and board members.

Livingston Parish consists of 642 square miles on 410,880 acres. The geographical landscape of the parish varies from rolling terrain covered by slash pine and hardwood forests in the north to rich cypress forests and marshes in the south. Livingston's major agricultural industries are forestry and aquaculture.
