We are a private, non-profit, non-governmental agency established in 1922 to bring a voice to agricultural issues.

The Louisiana Farm Bureau is made up of volunteer leaders at the local, parish and statewide levels. Each parish has a parish Farm Bureau, with its own president and board members.

2014 Sabine Parish Agricultural Production

Sabine Parish is popularly referred to as Toledo Bend Country, for its 186,000-acre man-made reservoir filled with bass, bream, crappie and catfish. The area has become known as the Land of Green Gold since its most prominent industry for more than a century has been timber and forestry. The parish is also a large producer of poultry.
