The Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation offers several programs to further its cause. These programs are run by elected, volunteer committees.
The mission of the Louisiana Ag in the Classroom program is to increase understanding of agriculture and instill an appreciation for our renewable food, fiber and fuel systems through education.
The Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ranchers program promotes and strengthens Louisiana agriculture by offering opportunities for training and leadership experience to younger producers.
The Farm Bureau Women's Leadership Committee works year-round to educate consumers on the importance of agriculture while actively engaging in statewide commodity promotion.
The Louisiana Farm Bureau Foundation is a tax-exempt foundation created to support students pursuing careers in agriculture; the foundation awards several deserving students with scholarships annually.
